Darmstadt, November 2007:Sunplastics GmbH take over all Sunovation GmbH businesses with immediate effect. The brand name with its international presence is to be retained, however, and both the technological expertise gained over 12 years of experience and the existing customer network are to be absorbed by the new enterprise, so that progress will continue unaffected on all ongoing projects.
